Virtual Vermonter - Campgrounds - Harvey's Lake Cabins and Campground

Harvey's Lake Cabins and Campground

Description: "Our 10 fully furnished cabins are spacious, quaint, with a country style ambiance and are tastefully decorated in "antique funk", featuring stunning lake front views with Harvey's Mountain as a picture perfect background.

"Our 38 acres of campground offer a picturesque mix of lake front RV and river front tent sites. Campers will also find privacy and larger wooded sites offering families a sense of neighborhood and lasting friendships."

Open/Close Dates: 5/15 - 10/15

Cost: $18 - $23/$625 - $750 (2004)

Directions: Take exit 18 off I-91, head west onto Barnet-West Barnet Road. Stay on paved road … 5 miles…. into the small village of West Barnet. As you approach the village, a campground sign and Paula’s Place, (a general store on your left) is your signal to slow down for the upcoming sharp left hand turn over a little bridge next to the white church. Go over the bridge and immediately in front of you will be an orange Dead End sign, a campground sign and a Camper’ Lane sign (our road). This is a dirt road that will bring you to our big gray house, also our office… 4th house on the right…. A rope across the campground entrance will show you that you have arrived!
