Southern Champlain Valley Camping

1)Branbury State Park - Located on the eastern shores of Lake Dunmore, Branbury State Park features 22 tent sites and 6 lean-tos in a heavily wooded area and an additional 17 tent sites located on grass near the beach. Branbury State Park is a hiking mecca, featuring scenic views, waterfalls, caves, streams and more. Salisbury.

2)DAR State Park - "There are 70 sites including 24 lean-tos located in an open grassy area, as well as under a mature stand of hickory trees. There are flush toilets, hot showers ($), and a dump station provided. There is a small picnic area located on a bluff above the lake, as well as a nice stone pavilion/picnic shelter for group gatherings. Boating, fishing, sailing, and swimming are popular in Lake Champlain." Addison.

3)Green Mountain Family Campground - Our sites are spacious and most are exceptionally private. We maintain quiet hours and pride ourselves on our very peaceful environment. There are many activities at Green Mountain Family Campground, including a playground, a horseshoe pit, and badminton. Friendly pets on leashes are welcome. Bristol.

4)Lake Dunmore Kampersville - First of all, check their Website for their activities calendar -- in addition to special weekend events, they also host a lot of recurring ones throught the season. This area offers 210 sites & cottage rentals and a wealth of activities, including two pools, boat rentals (from paddleboats and canoes to kayaks and power boats), mini-golf, lake swimming, softball, ping-pong... it goes on and on. 5)Maple Hill Campsites - Maple Hill has a total of 13 sites. Each site has its own stone fire area, picnic table, level tent site and parking. Each individual campsite is very private with a 50' separation from the next site. Bristol.

6)Mt. Philo State Park - There are two small camping areas with a total of 10 sites including 3 lean-tos, located at the top of the mountain and on the mountainside. Flush toilets and hot showers ($) are provided.

7)Rivers Bend Campground - Come camp along the river and escape to the peace of Vermont. Rivers Bend Campground sits along 4000' of Vermont river frontage, with 67 prime RV and tent sites on the river's bank. From here you can canoe, kayak, hike, golf, bike, and sightsee many area attractions, or simply renew yourself at the river's edge. Rivers Bend also features canoe or tube rentals. New Haven.

8)Shelburne Camping Area - We feature spacious campsites with full electrical, sewer, cable, and water hook-ups for RVs and Travel Trailers as well as wooded sites for Tent Campers. A camp store, restrooms, showers and modem hook-up are also available as well as the Dutch Mill Family Restaurant for those of you who don't wish to "rough it" too much, but still would like to be in the beautiful surroundings. 9)Ten Acres Campground & RV Park - If Fishing is your Sport, then this is the place to be! 10 Acres Campground is located on 650 feet of lake frontage on beautiful Lake Champlain offering excellent fishing of Walleye, Northern Pike, Lake Trout, Bass, and Perch! 10)Waterhouses Campground & Marina - The Waterhouses Campground was established in 1963 and presently offers 60+ sites for RV's, trailers, and tents. Sites are reserved on a first come first serve basis and are available for seasonal rental. Each site is provided with water and electricity and a dump station is on premises. Choices include grassy, wooded, and riverfront sites. Access to the marina is included with site rental. Salisbury.
