Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historic Park

The Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historic Park was created in 1992 when the Rockefellers gifted their Woodstock mansion and 550 acres to the US, and the Park, Vermont's first national park, officially opened in June 1998. The Park is also the "... only national park to focus on conservation history and the evolving nature of land stewardship in America." Visitors can tour the mansion and gardens ($6/adults, $3/children under 16) and head just down the road to take in the Billings Farm & Museum.

The Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historic Park is open Memorial Day to October 31, 10-5 and can be reached at 802-457-3368x22.
