Maple Teriyaki Salmon
1/3 c. apple juice
1/3 c. pure Vermont maple syrup
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1-2 minced garlic cloves
4 salmon fillets
Combine all ingredients except for the salmon and mix
well. Remove about half a cup to use for basting. Add salmon to the
marinade, coat well, and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours.
Remove fillets from the marinade and broil for 5 minutes.
Baste with reserve marinade and broil for an additional 10 minutes or
until salmon is done.
